Teaching children to wash their hands for 20 seconds is an important task, but why not be creative as you do it? Singing Happy Birthday twice or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star can make the 20 seconds go by quickly, but what about getting them to count to 20 while they wash? That way they get their hands clean and practicing counting at the same. Keeping everyone healthy is the goal, but having a little fun makes the important lessons a little easier to learn.
