Certified Sobriety Coach, Love Life Sober with Christy
Christy is a certified “This Naked Mind” coach helping moms in their 30s and 40s redefine their relationship with alcohol using grace, compassion, and a sprinkle of science. Christy is based in the United Kingdom, and was always a social drinker but found that, in her 30s, the stress of being a working mom caused her drinking to increase. In 2020 as the UK went into lockdown, Christy found “This Naked Mind” and spent the pandemic reading everything she could get her hands on to find freedom from alcohol. Then, in the hopes of, once again helping fellow mothers in both the US and UK, Christy completed her coaching certification.
