Hand Rejuvenation with Fat Grafting

Dr. Roger Khouri, Plastic Surgeon with Baptist Health South Florida, explains fat grafting has no cutting, no incision, no sutures, it is a 10 minute procedure with local anesthesia. “We just take a little bit of fat and then we inject it with needle syringes and it’s amazing what that low fat can do to rejuvenate,” he says.

Dr. Daniel Calva, Plastic Surgeon with Baptist Health South Florida, points out at the Miami Hand Center they do almost all of these procedures with regional blocks, like carpal tunnels, trigger fingers and distal radius fractures, among others.
