South Florida PBS Health Channel partners with City of Doral

 to Offer Health Information

Miami, FL – South Florida PBS Health Channel is partnering with the City of Doral, for a groundbreaking initiative: to deliver valuable and credible health information to Doral residents through Health Channel programming on Doral TV and the Health Channel’s widget on the City of Doral’s website.

Created by South Florida PBS, a member station of PBS, the most trusted institution in the United States, the Health Channel is the first TV channel of its kind, offering a uniquely designed concept that connects you with medical and well-being specialists in real-time, promoting healthier lifestyle options. In partnership with prestigious organizations, the service aims to empower you with the most up-to-date information, enabling you to take more control of your and your family’s health.

To complement the live interactions with medical and well-being specialists, the Health Channel offers a robust companion digital platform that provides access to specialized services.

Doral is one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Miami-Dade County. The City’s central location, booming economy, low taxes, and quality of life are key factors that keep promoting the intelligent growth and prosperity of Doral. At present, Doral is going through a development transformation with world-class parks, topnotch residences, and diverse businesses in areas like Downtown Doral, City Place Doral, and Midtown Doral. Doral TV will feature a 2-hour block dedicated to original Health Channel content which covers health topics from A-Z. The regularly updated Health Channel widget is now on The City of Doral’s website and provides short form Health Channel videos with answers to some of the most common health question.
