Prostate Cancer: Risk Factors

Age, race, nationality, family history, genetics, diet, obesity, and chemicals in the workplace are some of the risk factors for prostate cancer. Dr. Marcio Fagundes, Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at Miami Cancer Institute, recommends if you have immediate relatives with prostate cancer history, you should start doing screening at the age of 40.
