Hearing Loss & Noise Levels

The ear is a hearing sensor, it is the body part built to take sound energy, which is mechanical, acoustic energy and transform it into bioelectrical energy for people’s brain to hear the sound, explains Dr. Peter Volsky, Otolaryngologist with Baptist Health South Florida. The expert also defines noise as a loud intensity of sound that anybody is used to hearing. Hearing loss is related with a small subset and it could result from a variety of causes.
