Accomplishing A Healthy Diet

"Eating healthy doesn't mean that you need to eat perfect," says Carla Duenas, Registered Dietitian at Baptist Health South Florida. She explains eating healthy is eating balanced meals from the five food groups: protein, grains, dairy and fruits and vegetables. You should eat from three out of these five for every single meal. Another tip is to try to eat every three or four hours to keep your energy level.
