Dr. Sergio Segarra, Chief Medical Officer with Baptist Hospital of Miami, explains at the hospital they have two teams: team A and team B. Team A is at the hospital during the hurricane and until the event is over. Then, team B has to arrive to relieve them. He also says they develop a list of critical specialties that need to be there to take care of the patients and they notify them to make arrangements to be at the hospital.
