Senior Exercise

People who exercise, especially as they get into older age, do much better and live much longer than people who don't, affirms Dr. Andrew Forster, Internal Medicine Physician at Baptist Health Primary Care. He affirms It's not necessary to go to the gym, because with a little bit of exercise, during the day, they add up. Running, jogging and walking help strengthen the bones, he says.
