Pain Management In Cancer Cases

The oncologist does a very good job managing the patients’ pain, but they contact him when the medication used to control pain has not been effective or when patients have a significant side effect, says Dr. Moises Lustgarten, Pain Medicine Physician with Baptist Health South Florida. He affirms he has a constant communication with the oncologist until the pain of the patient is controlled.
