Bedtime Rituals For Better Sleep

Bedroom environment is very important to be conducive to good sleep. To achieve, Dr. Jeremy Tabak, Medical Director of the Galloway Sleep Center with Baptist Health South Florida advises having a dark, quiet and cool room. He says this is the best for having a good sleep. The specialist also recommends having naps in the afternoon but not close to bedtime, because it might interfere with going to sleep at night. If someone has trouble to fall asleep at night, then he should not be napping. Pillow and mattress should provide comfort to people, he says.
