She explains supplements are not necessarily looked at the same way as medications.
About the weight loss, the specialist says, moderation is key. With a little change one day at a time it is possible to reach the goal. Try to keep consistency such as eating most meals at home, doing more exercise and having a cheat meal and cheat day in order to achieve a balance, she says.
