Nutrition: S.M.A.R.T Goals

S.M.A.R.T Goals mean specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-based goals. "You want to start out by finding out your purpose, what you want to do for yourself," says Natalie Castro, Registered Dietitian with Baptist Health South Florida. The next steps are to know how you will know when you have reached the goal, if it is your power to accomplish it, if you can realistically achieve it, and by when you would like to accomplish it.
