Dr. Derek Papp, Sports Medicine Physician at Miami Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute, says people with heart disease or high blood pressure should do some kind of exercise and have to make sure they do it in the correct way. A recent study from the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation that looked at deaths related to triathlons says most deaths occurred in the swimming section. Papp says it could be because when you are swimming you don't necessarily have access to help right away.
