Good Sleeping: Myths & Facts

A dark, quiet and cool place could help to have a better sleep quality. Dr. Rolando Molina, Otolaryngologist with Baptist Health South Florida, says some studies show anywhere between 65 to 72 Fahrenheit improves sleep quality. The specialist affirms watching TV before sleeping is a bad habit. He doesn’t recommend reading before the bed time.
