Dr. Derek Papp, Sports Medicine Physician with Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute advises, if some athlete is going to go for a run, he does a short warm up before doing it. But, he also recommends after doing running, having a cool-down. The host, Olga Villaverde, shows an exercise where it’s possible to grab the leg and stretch the knee. Dr. Papp says this exercise gets the quadriceps nice and strong.
