Safe Way to Start Exercising
Coach Hamad Shirazi, Holistic Health Practitioner, explains when people are beginning with any type of physical activity, they want to make sure they are balancing the body. He recommends making sure you are breathing into your belly and being in tune with what your body needs.
He suggests doing cardiovascular exercises for strengthening your heart and blood vessels. He also says strength training is important to structure and support the spine and maintain better posture and grace with your movements.
