Federal authorities are recommending people 65 and older, or those with special considerations, get a Moderna booster shot. Anyone over 18 who took the Johnson & Johnson vaccine should also get a booster, according to the advisory committee. The Pfizer vaccine booster was already authorized by the FDA.
