She explains it helps to pull up the tissue under the lower face and neck and the patient improves after four to six weeks.
The last picture is Dr. Polo, whose fat was reduced under the chin using kybella. This procedure takes the fat cells from the body and removes them permanently. It's similar to cool sculpting, but it's a different method, she says.
