Cleveland Clinic cardiologists say no amount of alcohol is good for you based on new research. Alcohol raises blood pressure and that increases the risk of stroke. Previous recommendations were if you did drink alcohol you should consume no more than one drink per day for women and no more than two drinks per day for men.
