Help for Seniors with Alzheimer’s Disease | Smartlife
Get inspired and get moving! In iMatter Adult Day Care Center, the focus is on cognitive and social stimulation for aging adults, says Andraya Brennan, founder and owner. They might play pool, bingo or table tennis, or they will dance with each other, the goals are keeping them physically, mentally and socially stimulated. Andraya adds that those are extremely important for neuro-cognitively impaired adults who might be suffering from Alzheimer’s. We also show off some chair exercises with an inspiring group of people, who also showed moves and breathing exercises anybody can do at home while sitting.
