Dr. Georgiy Brusovanik is a minimally invasive orthopedic spine surgeon based in Miami, Florida. He trained at Duke University with both orthopedic and neurosurgical faculty. He specializes in helping patients with back and neck pain. Dr. Brusovanik is well-known locally and internationally. He has helped numerous professional and Olympic athletes, executives, and celebrities. He always attempts to help patients without surgery, but when surgery is indicated, his way of performing surgery minimizes pain and speeds recovery.

Scarlet Constant, MD, F.A.A.P Board Certified Pediatrician
Dr. Scarlet Constant is a dedicated pediatrician and a mother of two, uniquely equipped to understand the stresses and concerns of modern parenting. Recognizing the loss of generational knowledge and the overwhelming nature of internet advice, she established a boutique-style pediatric office to offer personalized care, continuous access, and meticulous attention to detail. Dr. Constant founded Constant Care Pediatrics, offering reliable guidance and practical advice from the perspective of a physician, mother, and confidant. She aims to ease the fears and confusion parents often face, providing the support, guidance, and reassurance that families need for their overall well-being.

Dr. Kamaljit Kaur

Kamaljit Kaur, MD, Primary Care Physician
Dr. Kamaljit Kaur has spent the last 11 years cultivating her passion for Primary Care. Her journey began in a 3rd Grade Science Class and spanned education, training and work in various healthcare institutions around the United States. Receiving education from different parts of the country not only allowed her to see how medicine is practiced differently in each region, but also taught her aspects of medicine that she would have missed otherwise. Upon graduation, Dr. Kaur joined Cleveland Clinic Florida as a Staff Primary Care Physician followed by a role to lead Telemedicine efforts for Baptist Health South Florida’s Primary Care Group. Both these prestigious organizations allowed Dr. Kaur to expand on her medical knowledge and continue to pursue her passion, caring for others. In early 2024, Dr. Kaur took the leap to further this passion by opening KKaur MD – her private Concierge Practice in Coral Springs, FL.

Madeline Camejo, MS, PharmD., Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Baptist Health South Florida
With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Camejo brings a diverse background that spans clinical pharmacy, healthcare administration, informatics, and information technology. As a strategic and visionary leader, she excels in developing and implementing pharmacy initiatives that enhance clinical services and operations across the system. Dr. Camejo completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida and earned her pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Kathryn Block RN

Kathryn Block, RN, BSN, FONEMED CQI Clinical Manager
Katie possesses close to 20 years of nursing experience and holds a Baccalaureate degree from Mount Mercy University. Her professional journey has seen her reside in multiple states and specialize in various areas, including cardiac and neurology. Throughout the majority of her career, she served as an ER/Trauma nurse. Presently, Katie assumes the role of a manager at Fonemed, where she initially began as a nurse counselor responsible for triaging patients across all age groups. Her exemplary performance led to her current promotion, overseeing a team of over 15 nurses. Katie has a passion for helping others and works diligently daily to improve the lives of her patients and nurses.
